Our little girl has been attending Great New Beginnings since she was just 8 weeks old, and now she's getting ready to go to Kindergarten next year. The folks in charge have always been so helpful and really good at keeping us informed about any changes, upcoming events, and how our daughter is progressing. We've been really pleased with all the teachers, who do an amazing job of keeping the kids safe, happy, and learning every single day. I'd definitely suggest Great New Beginnings to anyone looking for a daycare center, and I'd recommend you pop in for a visit to see it all for yourself.
Mary Gonzales (8/17/25, 3:20 PM):
My son attended this daycare for about 2 months. He is four years old. The staff were aware that it was his first experience in a daycare setting. Every day I would receive a call regarding something my son had done, as if the staff were not prepared to handle a child. These calls were always about minor issues, such as pulling a teacher's finger. Not only would they call me, but they would also request that I pick him up immediately. This caused a lot of stress for my son, who felt like he wasn't "liked." It was frustrating that the staff didn't have any strategies in place to teach my son right from wrong, instead of just sending him home.

Eventually, we decided to withdraw him from the daycare, and when we informed the director, the response we received was "PERFECT." The staff were rude and unwilling to compromise. If you have a child who behaves like a child, I highly recommend looking elsewhere because these individuals do not know how to interact with children.
Barbara White (8/16/25, 2:35 PM):
Our family absolutely adores this daycare center! Our little one has been a part of the program for 6 years now. The GNB family is simply outstanding! They've consistently collaborated with us, kept us up to date, taken our worries into account, and more. The educators and support staff are all highly skilled, clearly adoring of the children, and so kind to us parents. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to all our acquaintances!
Brenda Gray (8/16/25, 7:01 AM):
My little boy has been attending GNB since he was practically a baby, and let me tell you, every single challenge my wife and I have faced - whether it's diapers, running late, dealing with behavioral issues, the occasional bumps and bruises, staff turnover, or coordinating schedules - GNB has been a reliable place where I can trust that my son is LEARNING, developing, and thriving.

This is not just a place where you drop off your kids and pick them up later, wondering what they've been up to. It's not a child parking lot where "caretakers" just stare at their phones for seven hours a day while the kids munch on Cheetos.

It's a structured educational environment that goes beyond its price tag. I have the utmost respect for the management, the owner/operator Lin, and the staff at the front desk. Sure, it might be tempting to find a cheaper daycare, but I'm not interested in simply parking my child somewhere until I decide to swing by and pick them up.

When my wife and I were researching childcare options, I was the one (not her) who unapologetically ruled out many facilities due to their glaring flaws: being situated in strip malls, inexperienced "teachers" driving large vehicles, staff attitudes towards children, varying costs for different levels of service, and the balance between cleanliness and creating an environment for children to thrive.

GNB is a top-notch, child-centered operation that stands apart from the rest. It excels in every aspect that is important to me.
Charles Allen (8/15/25, 4:18 PM):
Both our lad and lass attended Great New Beginnings. Lin runs a top-notch operation, ensuring the wee ones are well looked after and secure. If you 'ave any concerns, they're listened to and sorted out promptly. 'Tis a fantastic daycare center, indeed.
Chloe Myers (8/14/25, 7:40 AM):
Upon reading the response to my review, I feel compelled to provide further clarification. The mother of the child in question had requested to provide additional food for her daughter to accommodate the child's specific dietary needs, due to food sensitivities. Despite our efforts to collaborate with this daycare center over several months to identify suitable foods for the child, it seemed that every week presented a new challenge regarding her meals. There were instances where the child was not permitted to eat anything at all, including the food provided by the mother. So, please explain to me how you attempted to collaborate with the parent to enhance the child's experience? Is depriving a child of food because of her differences the solution? Or is disclosing the child's personal medical information in exchange for leverage to benefit your daycare center the preferred approach?
John Rodriguez (8/14/25, 6:59 AM):
My dear daughters have been attending GNB for the past 3 years. The before/after care and summer camp program are top-notch. I am absolutely thrilled with this daycare center!
Cheryl Richardson (8/11/25, 3:05 PM):
What a wonderful school! My sister has gained so much knowledge here. It's truly a fantastic place for children. I highly recommend it!
Melissa Evans (8/10/25, 11:30 PM):
Our little ones attended Great New Beginnings and they really flourished there. We enrolled them when they were just babes and they stayed until they were ready for the next step. We particularly enjoyed the excitement of picture day. Ah, reminiscing about those days!
Walter Sullivan (8/9/25, 7:24 PM):
I must say, I am absolutely chuffed with the top-notch care my grandson is getting at the Great New Beginnings Day Care Center! The little chap comes back home all smiles and flourishing every single day. The staff are just lovely and ever so polite, and the place is spotless and secure. Cheers to all your hard work and dedication!
Justin Ford (8/9/25, 2:27 AM):
Great New Beginnings has been like a second home for my little ones for the past decade. From caring for my babies when they were tiny tots to fun-filled summer camps, our time at GNB has been truly wonderful. Their curriculum caters to children of all ages and is top-notch. The owner and administrators are incredibly attentive and involved in every aspect of the center. My boys absolutely adore Mrs. Carol's delicious cooking. The added bonus of being able to view the activities through their camera system is fantastic! In summary, I cannot recommend GNB highly enough - it is simply amazing.
Jeremy Cooper (8/8/25, 2:18 AM):
My little one goes to Great New Beginnings and I must say, I feel absolutely at ease knowing that my child is in good hands every day. The caregivers treat each child with such love and care, it's truly heartwarming. I couldn't imagine sending my child anywhere else!
Judy Rivera (8/7/25, 9:15 AM):
I was only 3 minutes late and they wouldn't allow my child to enter...he was crying in front of the owner and she seemed to have a "too bad" attitude towards him...yes, I understand I was late but a child shouldn't be denied an education just because mommy or daddy was stuck in unforeseen traffic...fortunately, I found a superior daycare...less expensive with better ratings...thank you for causing distress to my child...charge me extra if needed, but don't refuse my child...
Patrick Carter (8/5/25, 8:03 AM):
I am truly baffled as to why my Google review was removed and labeled as coming from a fake account. I can assure you that I am a genuine individual, and my feedback should not be disregarded. As a parent who has encountered challenges with this facility, I believe it is my right for my concerns to be acknowledged and addressed.
Albert Anderson (7/30/25, 9:30 AM):
I must say, Owner and Operator Linda Clark is absolutely marvelous. I actually went to this day care center when I was a child, and I highly recommend it to all parents with young children! The staff is so caring, involved, and truly the absolute best in the whole state! Cheers to them!
Lisa Adams (7/29/25, 3:55 AM):
Absolutely top-notch - spotless facilities, and the educators are simply fantastic. The team is incredibly attentive and truly excels at their work. Personally acquainted with the proprietress, and she is just splendid. A perfect 10 out of 10!
Albert Perry (7/16/25, 1:57 PM):
I absolutely adore the staff at the daycare center and they have a wonderful bond with my son. Our relationship has been fantastic for more than five years now. They meticulously keep track of every little bump, scratch, or boo-boo that happens. Although my son is now in elementary school and no longer attends Great New Beginnings for child care, we returned for summer camp and he absolutely adores it. There are so many activities... It's something new every day.

Big thanks to the ladies for always showing love to my son and being available to share ideas with. You all are amazing!
Chloe Hayes (7/11/25, 7:34 PM):
I arrived at this school today after my child had been away for a week due to a family holiday vacation (for which I had already paid for the entire week, even though she didn't attend a single day). I informed them that I would pay the tuition for the week on Thursday since they were closing early on Tuesday and closed for the day on Wednesday. However, they refused to admit my child at the door. The owner explained that due to many parents being late with their payments that week (50% of the school), they were not allowing children who hadn't paid to enter. This decision came without any prior notice or warning and does not even appear in their handbook as a policy. The owner's own policy states that changes cannot be made without proper notice, making this a breach of contract and potentially a legal matter. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Child Licenses and will be withdrawing my child from this daycare center. The level of professionalism displayed in handling this situation is outrageous.

Furthermore, I am already considering other daycare centers for my child because of certain issues, such as the nap time being scheduled from 12-3, which was causing my child to have difficulty sleeping at night. I couldn't get her to bed until midnight. Additionally, the cameras at the daycare are not easily accessible - they can only be viewed using a specific Windows program and cannot be accessed from a phone unless it's a Windows phone. This makes them somewhat pointless for monitoring purposes.
Austin Nelson (7/5/25, 12:49 PM):
I simply can't express my gratitude for GNB! My lad commenced with them way back in 2011. Although he may no longer require full-time care, there's nowhere else I'd entrust him for summer camp! Thank you for cherishing and tending to my child all these years!
Sarah Cruz (7/3/25, 4:27 PM):
The owner and staff at this day care center are absolutely brilliant. They treat the children as if they were their own.
