The day care center experience was the worst ever. The staff is highly unprofessional and incredibly rude. They lack transportation services and suggested that my 8-year-old twins catch a bus to get there, with staff then walking to the bus stop to pick them up. They claim to have skating activities every Thursday and request $40, but never actually take the children and keep the money for themselves! Ms. Brenda, in particular, is the epitome of unprofessionalism. She fails to respond to important messages or calls and unwarrantedly involves herself in personal matters. While I won't delve into details about her husband's behavior, I will say that if you seek a safe environment for your kids, this is certainly not the place to bring them. The premises are unkempt and cluttered, and my daughter developed a rash during her time at the daycare, despite never experiencing one before in her 8 years. I strongly advise against choosing this facility.

Furthermore, although they claim to provide transportation, they refused to pick up my child from a nearby school, necessitating that I leave work early to collect my kids. This level of service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, when my children were no longer attending the daycare, Brenda's husband Larry, who was often tardy in picking them up, exhibited concerning behavior by showing undue favoritism towards my daughter over her twin brother.

Following my negative review, Brenda resorted to fabricating stories to child services, falsely claiming that I had an Uber driver - rather than my boyfriend - pick up the children, implying that I was unfit as a parent. However, these baseless accusations were swiftly dismissed, underscoring Brenda's deceitful nature. Before enrolling your children at this daycare, I implore you to research Brenda's reputation thoroughly. In addition, Larry's peculiar actions raise further red flags, as his peculiar interactions with my daughter raised concerns about potential favoritism within the facility.

haniyyah muhammad’s children still attend this amazing day care center and they absolutely adore it when their father drops them off. I have personally had the pleasure of getting to know the dedicated professionals at Lj's and they go above and beyond to fulfill their mission statement. While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, one undeniable fact is that every child is given top priority with the love of God. Any negative feedback about Lj's seems to stem from personal issues rather than the actual quality of care provided. Ms. Brenda has a wealth of experience in childcare, having cared for children to the point where her former charges are now parents themselves and still choose to send their kids to her, knowing they will receive the same exceptional treatment. There are some aspects of LJ's that may be hard to grasp, but the evidence speaks for itself when it comes to the safety, education, health, and overall well-being of the children under their care.
