I absolutely adore all the staff members, they truly feel like family to us! I highly recommend them 10/10 💖...

I would not recommend this center at all, love. My autistic son was put in a chair and left there without reason on multiple occasions. I only found out when someone sent me a photo of him through email. He's never been aggressive in any way. When I brought it up with the owner, she decided to kick him out, saying he's a safety concern because his teacher caught him chewing on a crayon. That's just what toddlers do, innit? The owner even sent me a letter saying how well he was doing, which completely contradicted calling him a safety concern. He's in a program with proper professionals who've never said he's a danger. It was all just a ploy to get rid of me so I couldn't point out their failings.

The Google rating isn't right, darling. Parents were promised a raffle ticket with a $75 prize if they left positive reviews. They even put a QR code at the entrance straight to the reviews to make sure as many parents as possible did it. That's why all the recent reviews are from the same time.

Seventy percent of the staff don't really know what they're doing with kids or teaching them properly. They've all complained about how the owner treats them. The atmosphere in the center is awful, which is why they're not doing their best for the children. There's no real routine for the kids. I've seen some staff being quite harsh with the children. They can't even keep up with changing schedules, leading to diaper rashes. Instead of telling parents when supplies are low, they'll just use stuff from other kids.

In the end, this center is all about money and not looking after the little ones, sadly.
