Bright Horizons Prides Crossing location has been an absolute gem for our family. The establishment is consistently pristine, cheerful, and welcoming. The team members are unfailingly warm and accommodating. Truly. One of my youngsters recently "graduated" and transitioned to kindergarten but still eagerly accompanies me to collect their sibling who continues to attend. I sincerely regret not discovering this haven earlier, as they genuinely aid in establishing the necessary building blocks for children.

I visited a different establishment before Bright Horizons, and the contrast was stark. The moment we stepped inside, we could tell this was the right place for our little one. All the staff, led by Director Jasmine, are welcoming, kind, and attentive. My daughter looks forward to going there, which is significant because she's very attached to me. Ms. Bothina has personally worked with my daughter to help her adjust, as well as Ms. Emily and Ms. Kianna. They have made my daughter's transition smooth and effortless. The only drawback is the cost, as it exceeds my mortgage payment. However, you truly get what you pay for, and knowing that my child is safe, healthy, and happy is priceless. Thank you!

I must strongly advise against enrolling your child in this Day care center under the leadership of the current director. It seems that they are not upholding the values, principles, and policies that they claim to abide by. There have been documented complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation against the director and a VP of the company.

While there are some great teachers at the center, it appears that many of them lack proper training and all seem to be following the misguided directives of individuals who do not align with Bright Horizons' advertised core values.

Despite assurances from a senior vice president that HR is getting involved and there will be training, it is concerning that decisions detrimental to victims have been upheld rather than rectified. In one instance, a victim was unfairly transferred to younger classes and told it was because they were not allowed near a child who had been aggressive towards them multiple times, even reporting being choked. The parents tried to resolve the situation amicably, but the child was abruptly expelled and not permitted to return.

I urge you to thoroughly investigate these reports and request information from various sources before considering this Day care center. It is advisable to avoid sending your child to this Bright Horizons location under the current director's management, and to exercise caution regarding the VP and SVP mentioned in the complaints.

Absolutely dreadful! You simply cannot trust the reviews! They fail to deliver on their promises, they are short-staffed, and the teachers are instructed to deceive parents about incidents such as injuries (some of which may be due to abuse), errors, changes in classrooms, and more. Anne Murphy was truly the lowest point. She is a discourteous, deceitful double-crosser. Given the price of BH, you're better off looking elsewhere. Your neighbor's child could probably do a better job. I could continue, but just the thought of this awful place is getting me too worked up.

We absolutely adore the teachers at this Day Care Center and we have complete peace of mind knowing that our little ones are in good hands!

Our little one attended Bright Horizons for nearly two years on a part-time basis. For the longest time, we weren't even aware that Bright Horizons was a day care center because of how secluded and secure it is. I have yet to come across another facility with such stringent security measures - a concrete fence, gated entrance, an exterior key code, and double doors before reaching the administrative staff. It truly felt like Fort Knox, and I never once worried about my daughter's safety.

The directors were always incredibly welcoming, taking the time to chat with us when we picked up our child each day. The proximity of the center to our home was also a major plus, situated conveniently near Route 95 and the hospital.

Ultimately, the reason we decided to switch our daughter to another day care center was due to the cost. I adored the small class sizes and the caring nature of the teachers. The indoor playground was a hit, and the outdoor area featured turf and a rubber playground - features that I hadn't seen elsewhere.

However, the monthly cost increased to $1400, and they no longer provided meals or offered camera access. The new day care center we chose not only offered these amenities at half the price but was also closer to our new residence. Despite this, Bright Horizons remains an exceptional day care facility, and the quality of care provided is truly remarkable.
