This playground is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously maintained, and the local folks are just so warm and inviting!

With such a diverse array of entertainment choices, Playground ensures that all children are kept entertained in a tidy and well-maintained environment.
This here playground sits right across the street from the main shopping district of Garfield Parkway - we strolled over after grabbing a bite to eat and plonked ourselves on the benches nearby to enjoy our food whilst our little one scampered about. It boasts an impressive array of play equipment. Following the typical playground setup, there's a main structure for the big kids and a smaller version for the tots, both featuring multiple climbing frames leading up to the platforms and various kinds of slides. Additionally, there's a plethora of swings, including the traditional kind as well as those designed for babies and toddlers. Some vintage-looking animal rides can also be found scattered around the kiddie area.
You'll find several benches dotted around the play space, but they're positioned *close* to the trees rather than directly under any branches, thus providing minimal shade or shelter from a light drizzle (which caught us off guard today). This could pose a challenge on scorching summer days, especially come high noon. Nevertheless, this is a minor quibble as the playground is overall quite delightful.

Lovely playground right in the heart of Bethany. There are swings and slides, a basketball court, and benches for spectators to sit and enjoy the action.

Spacious playground featuring dual play structures for both big and small kids, swings, sandbox/volleyball court, and basketball court. The whole space is enclosed by a fence and just a stone's throw away from the beach.
