I do wish there was an option for 0 stars. My little girl, who was just 3 months old when she started at this day care center in December, had a very rough first week. On the very first day, I received a photo of her in a bib that belonged to another child. When I asked the manager about it, she mentioned that the staff member responsible was new.
It quickly became apparent that my daughter was not being fed properly during her time at the center. By the time I picked her up on both the first and second days, she was famished and consumed double her usual intake in one go, as noted in the daily reports. The issue of her not eating regularly was confirmed, but no one had informed me about it. Furthermore, when I inquired about the water being used for her bottles, I was shocked to learn that they were using water brought in by another parent in a non-sealed jug, without my consent.
Things only got worse as the week went on. On the fourth day, I found out that she had only been changed twice without my knowledge, and they had utilized another child's diapers without seeking permission. The following day, my daughter vomited in the morning and continued to do so throughout the day, leading to her being hospitalized due to a stomach virus that progressed to RSV bronchiolitis. The fact that the facility failed to inform me about the severity of her illness and misrepresented the number of dirty diapers in the daily report is deeply concerning.
After these distressing events, I made the decision to withdraw my daughter from the day care center and requested a refund and full security deposit back from the owner, although I have yet to receive a response. It is alarming to discover that there have been past issues with child abuse, sexual assault, and food safety at this facility, none of which were disclosed to me initially. Given these circumstances, I could not in good conscience continue to entrust my child to their care.

Nicholas Alexander (7/13/25, 7:19 AM):
The staff at this day care center are truly remarkable. Everyone greets us with a cheerful "good morning" every day 😃 My little one adores her teachers, and I do too. She's been attending this facility for nearly a year now, and I can honestly say that I have no grievances regarding the quality of care she receives. When she was in the toddler classroom, the teachers were instrumental in assisting with potty training and breaking her pacifier habit. A big shoutout to those fantastic teachers ❤️
Eric Stewart (7/8/25, 4:11 PM):

The administration and teachers are absolutely brilliant! Our 3-year-old has been attending this wonderful Day Care Center since she was just 4 months old. She absolutely adores it here! She has a fantastic time and always gets so excited when we drop her off. What really impresses me is that she has even begun learning Spanish - how amazing is that?
Alan Gonzalez (6/30/25, 12:01 AM):
The staff and directors are absolutely charming and welcoming. It feels like a big family where each child is looked after as if they were one of their own. My kiddos have thrived so much since starting at the Kidz Ink IV center. We just adore it there. Meshela and Nena are simply delightful!
Denise Kim (6/27/25, 3:41 PM):
I say, the blighters at this day care center have gone and not refunded our overpayment, despite our withdrawal, and now they're not responding to our attempts to reach them. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

We have much to thank Kidz, Ink (Porter Road) for in our boys' academic accomplishments. The teachers and curriculum at Kidz, Ink elevate it beyond a typical daycare - it truly stands as an "Academy of Early Academics." Our eldest was exceptionally prepared for kindergarten and continues to thrive in elementary school. As for our youngest, who is sadly in his final year at Kidz, Ink, he has also established a strong academic base. At just 4 years old, he can effortlessly count to 100 in English (by 1s, 5s, and 10s), count to 39 in Spanish, read most sight words, and write all letters (capital and lowercase) accurately. While he may be ready for elementary school, we, as parents, aren't quite prepared to part with our second little one just yet! In all, we couldn't be more pleased with the Kidz, Ink community!
Betty Ford (6/25/25, 5:54 PM):
I've had the pleasure of sending my two little ones to Kidz Ink for the past 5 years. I cannot express how delighted I have been with the wonderful staff and Directors at this fine establishment. For those who have experienced the early years with an infant, they will surely know the lovely Ms. Bea. Her dedicated service to Kidz Ink for well over a decade impressed me greatly, showcasing a level of stability that is truly commendable.
My eldest child had the privilege of being under the care of Ms. Evelyn in the Pre-Kindergarten program, and also had interactions with Ms. Marva. These two educators not only exude love and care, but they are genuinely devoted to preparing the children for their next educational milestones. I simply cannot imagine entrusting my precious little ones to any other place after experiencing the exceptional care and dedication at Kidz Ink!
Stephen Butler (6/24/25, 1:33 AM):
I highly recommend Kidz Ink IV to all parents looking for exceptional child care services!
Alice Baker (6/15/25, 4:05 AM):
My little lad started at Kidz Ink 2 a couple of moons back, just before turning 3. I must admit, I was a bit worried about my tiny tot going to daycare. I had done my homework to find the perfect place for him - one that was not only fun, safe, clean, and loving, but also one that would challenge him and not just let him play all day. He now attends the preschool class for 3-year-olds, has homework (which I absolutely adore), and comes home singing and happy every day! His speech has improved, he can count well, knows his shapes and colors, and has become much more structured and focused. He loves going to be with his pals and teachers, and I am so grateful for all the love and care that Kidz Ink 2 gives my Jaxsen. I couldn't have made a better choice!
Joseph Sanders (6/14/25, 7:53 PM):
My wee one has been attending Kidz Ink for o'er a year now, and I must say I feel at ease each time I leave her there, for I know she be in capable hands. The crew and educators be right helpful and quite professional. My little lass has made great strides since she started there, overcoming some obstacles she faced afore attending Kidz Ink.
Jessica Rogers (6/13/25, 2:23 PM):
The teachers and staff are so caring and really understand the children's needs.
Mark Adams (6/11/25, 7:35 PM):
I just 'ad a tour 'ere - I actually forget the name of the lady that showed me around, but she was so lovely and made me feel right at 'ome! I've been searchin' for daycares for over a month now, and none 'ave quite given me that 100% comfortable feelin' until I found this one! I can't wait for me daughter to start! Cheers!
Margaret Jordan (6/7/25, 3:56 PM):
I 'ad a lovely experience at the day care center, the staff were brilliant and took care of my lass as if she were their own.
Betty Lewis (6/6/25, 3:11 PM):
My nephew and brother absolutely adore going there! ❤️
Ashley Martinez (6/6/25, 7:56 AM):
They are a rude bunch, they don't care about the staff at all. It seems like all they care about is their business. One of the owners, Felix Kitson, can be seen smoking out front of the building, right in front of the children. And if you don't meet their expectations, they'll give you an attitude. No one in a management position seems to show any interest in the children or their welfare – it's all about the money. The kids are not even served the right amount of food portions. I would strongly suggest looking for alternative day care options for your child.
Ella Allen (6/4/25, 4:42 PM):
My 4-year-old daughter adores her teachers. It's always an exciting day for her at the Day Care Center!
Steven Stewart (6/3/25, 6:10 AM):
My wee ones have been attending Kidz Ink for a good 5 years now. I must say, I've never come across any bother with the staff there. Every worry I've had has been addressed with utmost kindness and consideration. I wouldn't dream of sending my little ones anywhere else. They absolutely adore going there, seeing the staff, teachers, and their buddies.
